Static IP Setup for Mac OS9

Single click the Apple Menu and move down to Control Panels. Highlight TCP/IP and single click once on your mouse.
 
Highlight the "Connect via:" pull down menu and select Ethernet.
   
Highlight the "Configure:" pull down menu and select Manually.

Single click on the text box next to "IP Address:" and enter your static IP address.per the instruction sheet

Single click on the text box next to "Subnet mask:" and enter your subnet mask. The Subnet Mask is always255.255.255.0

   
Single Click on the text box next to "Name server addr:" and enter the IP addresses for our domain name servers, according to your instruction sheet.
   
Single click on the text box below "Search domains:" and enter "speedtrail.com".
   
Single left click on "File", then select "Quit".
   
A warning box will pop up asking you to save your settings. Select "Save", then restart your Macintosh.
